The short answer
Yes. If an evaluation breaches, you get straight back in by starting a new challenge. There is no waiting period and no penalty. One Step and Two Step may be traded again as many times as you like, at the current published price, with exactly the same rules you started with, including the same 90/10 profit share and the challenge-fee refund on your third reward.
How to start a new challenge
A breached evaluation ends that particular account. To trade an evaluation again, you purchase a fresh challenge from your dashboard. Choose the programme and account size you want, and a new evaluation account is provisioned for you to begin.
You are welcome to keep the same programme and size, step up to a larger account, or move to a different product entirely. A trader who breached a Two Step might restart on Two Step, switch to One Step, or take one of the Instant routes instead. The choice is yours, and nothing about the earlier attempt limits it.
Open your dashboard and choose a new challenge.
Select the programme and account size.
Complete checkout and receive your new evaluation login.
Begin trading once the account is live.
Resets versus buying a fresh challenge
The reliable, always-available path is a new purchase, as described above. It gives you a clean account at the current published price.
Whether a discounted in-place reset of the same account is offered, rather than a full new purchase, can vary, so we do not quote a fixed reset price here. Your dashboard and our live pricing page show any reset option available on your account at the time, with its exact cost. Where a reset is offered, it is presented there plainly.
What is and is not carried over
A new challenge is a genuine fresh start. Nothing from the earlier account follows you into it.
Carried over | Not carried over |
Your UZO account and login | The breach on the earlier evaluation |
Your eligibility to trade any programme | Old balance, profit, or trade history |
The 90% trader / 10% UZO split | The fee you paid for the earlier attempt |
Your new evaluation starts at its full starting balance, with the programme's drawdown limits and profit target reset to zero progress. Drawdowns are measured on your account equity, which includes any open, floating profit and loss, and the daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC. The targets, and the minimum trading days where a product applies them, are exactly what they are for a first attempt.
The same terms you started with
A restart is not a lesser version of the product. You return to the full offer, published in advance and identical for everyone.
What you get on the new attempt | Detail |
Profit share | 90% to you, the same on every product and at every account size |
Time limit | None on One Step or Two Step, and no minimum trading days |
Markets | Forex, metals, crypto, indices, shares and energies, 1,300+ instruments at 1:100 leverage |
Fee refund | The challenge fee returns in full with your third reward, on One Step and Two Step |
A 90% share is among the most generous available anywhere, and it is yours from the very first reward, with no product carrying a lower rate.
There is no rush to restart
One Step and Two Step carry no time limit, and a breach starts no clock against you. You may restart the same day or take a week to review first. There is no advantage in hurrying, and a considered return tends to serve you well. Many of our strongest traders treat an earlier attempt as useful data and come back with a clear plan.
The fee refund on your third reward
The fee comes back
When you pass a challenge, the full evaluation fee for that passing challenge is returned to you with your third reward, on top of your 90% profit share. This applies to the two challenge products, One Step and Two Step.
The refund applies to the fee of the challenge you actually pass and then earn rewards on. Fees from earlier attempts are not refunded, which is one more reason a calm, considered restart serves you better than rapid-fire retries. Carry one attempt over the line, reach your third reward, and that fee returns to you in full.
