Can I restart or buy a new instant account?

What your options are when an instant account ends, and how starting a fresh one works.

The short answer

When an instant account ends, that particular account is closed and does not come back to life in place. What you are welcome to do is buy a fresh instant account, and because instant funding carries no evaluation, the new one begins trading the moment it is set up.

Below is exactly what ending an account means and how a new one works. Whether a reset or a specific offer applies after an account ends can change over time, so for the current options always check your dashboard or write to us at [email protected].

What ending the account means

An instant account ends when equity crosses one of its published limits or a conduct rule is broken. Once it ends, trading stops on that account and it is not revived. The limits are the same for everyone and shown on your dashboard from the outset.

  • Daily drawdown. Equity falls past the daily limit for your product (3% on Instant, 4% on Instant Pro, 2% on Instant 24h). It is measured on equity, which includes open and floating profit and loss, from the day's starting balance, and it resets at 00:00 UTC.

  • Trailing maximum drawdown. Equity falls past the trailing limit for your product (5% on Instant, 6% on Instant Pro, 3% on Instant 24h). On Instant and Instant Pro the trailing floor rises with your equity and then stops trailing once it reaches your starting balance, so it never moves beyond that point. On Instant 24h the trailing floor keeps following your equity upward and never locks.

  • Single-trade loss. One position loses more than the per-trade cap for your product (2% on Instant and Instant Pro, 1% on Instant 24h).

  • Prohibited conduct. Strategies that game the simulation, such as latency or HFT arbitrage and tick-exploit scalping, end the account regardless of profit and loss.

The single-trade cap and the conduct rules are firm limits, not soft warnings. Crossing any one of them closes the account in the same way a drawdown limit does. Each of these exists to keep every funded account trading on genuine, sustainable performance.

Buying a fresh instant account

A new instant account is a genuine clean start. Instant funding has no evaluation phase and no profit target to clear first, so once you purchase and set up the account you may begin trading right away. The balance starts at your chosen size and the drawdown limits reset to full.

The choice of new account is entirely yours. You may repurchase the same size, step down while you settle into a routine, or scale up. Instant and Instant Pro accounts are available up to $1,000,000, and Instant 24h up to $200,000, and the choice between Instant, Instant Pro and Instant 24h is yours to make again. Each carries its own limits, so it is worth reviewing them before you commit.

Starting again

A fresh account is a real clean start, with every rule published in full and the same limits shown on your dashboard from the first moment. Should an account have ended on a single oversized trade or a limit you had not accounted for, you can adjust for that before you buy again and trade the new account to your own plan.

Your profit split

You keep 90% of your profit, the same on Instant, Instant Pro and Instant 24h, and at every account size. It is one of the most generous shares available anywhere. 95% of rewards are approved in 2 to 3 hours and paid in about 12 hours, by bank transfer or crypto.

Where to find current options

Pricing, available sizes and any offer that applies after an account ends are shown on your dashboard, since these can change. Should you want a recommendation on which instant product suits how you trade, or you are unsure why an account ended, do reach out and we will walk you through it.

  • Compare sizes and prices, then purchase, on your dashboard.
