Why do my platform balance and my dashboard numbers look different?

Your trading platform shows live trading; your UZO dashboard is the official record of your objectives, progress and status.

The short answer

Your trading platform (MetaTrader 5 or TradeLocker) shows your live balance and equity as you trade. Your UZO dashboard shows your official objectives: target progress, drawdown status and reward eligibility. The dashboard is the source of truth. A small difference between the two is entirely normal, and it usually comes down to a short sync delay or to a figure the dashboard is designed to calculate differently.

What the platform shows

The platform is your trading cockpit. It shows real, live market prices, your open positions, your floating profit or loss, and your balance and equity updating tick by tick under genuine market conditions. You trade the full markets on offer: forex, metals, crypto, indices, shares and energies, more than 1,300 instruments at leverage of up to 1:100.

What the platform does not do is assess your objectives. It will show you an equity figure without telling you whether that figure meets your target, sits within your drawdown limits, or counts towards a reward. That assessment lives on the dashboard.

What the dashboard shows

The UZO dashboard is the official record of your account. It takes the same trading data and measures it against the rules of your specific product, so you always know exactly where you stand.

  • Target progress: how close you are to your profit target, where your product has one.

  • Drawdown status: your daily and maximum drawdown room. Drawdown is measured on your equity, including open and floating profit and loss, and your daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC.

  • Objective checks: any minimum trading days and other conditions that apply to your product.

  • Account state: whether you have passed, are within your limits, or are eligible for a reward.

Because the dashboard applies your product's rules, some of its figures are meant to differ from the raw platform number. A drawdown limit, for example, is shown as room remaining against a defined reference level, not as your live equity. These are two different measurements of the same trading, not a contradiction.

The profit split is about rewards, not your equity

You keep 90% on every product

The profit split applies to the rewards you earn, not to the raw equity shown inside the platform. You keep 90% of your profit and UZO keeps 10%, the same 90/10 split on every product and at every account size. It is one of the most generous shares available anywhere. The platform shows your full simulated equity, so it will not already reflect the split. Your 90% is applied when a reward is calculated.

Why the two can differ at any moment

Reason

What you see

Sync delay

A recently closed trade shows on the platform a little before the dashboard catches up.

Different measurement

Drawdown room and target progress are calculated against rule reference levels, not your live equity.

Open vs realised

Floating profit on open positions moves the platform equity before anything is locked in.

Profit split

The 90/10 split applies to rewards, so the platform shows your full equity rather than your 90% share.

Sync timing

The platform updates in real time. The dashboard refreshes shortly after, so right after you close a position there can be a brief window where the two are not identical. This is expected and resolves on its own within a short time.

Should you have just placed or closed a trade and the dashboard has not moved yet, give it a moment and refresh. In almost every case the gap closes by itself once the data syncs.

When figures truly disagree

If you have waited, refreshed, and the dashboard and platform still report a difference that you cannot explain by a rule calculation or the profit split, treat it as something to check rather than something to act on. The dashboard remains the record for pass, limit and reward decisions.
