How to request your reward, step by step

The exact click-path from your funded account to your bank or wallet, plus the checklist that keeps your reward moving smoothly.

The short answer

You request your reward from your UZO dashboard. Once you are on a funded account and have met your product's eligibility conditions, open the rewards section, choose bank transfer or crypto, confirm your details in your own name, and submit. 95% of rewards are approved within 2 to 3 hours and paid in about 12 hours.

This article walks you through the whole flow: what to check before you click, and what to do if something does not look right.

Before you request: the checklist

A few things need to be true before a reward request will go through cleanly. Run through this list first so nothing is held up.

  • You have passed your evaluation and are trading on a funded account, not an evaluation account.

  • You have met the reward eligibility conditions for your product. These vary by product, so check what your dashboard shows for your account.

  • All of your positions are closed. Every trade must be settled before a request can be submitted, on every account.

  • Your available profit meets the minimum of $45. Anything below that simply stays where it is until it reaches $45, so nothing is lost.

  • Your identity is verified in your own name. Verification is completed by you, as the person shown on your own documents, and must be in place before your reward is released.

  • You know which method you want, bank transfer or crypto, and have the correct account or wallet details ready.

Some products ask for a minimum number of trading days before a first request can be made. Where a condition still applies to your account, your dashboard will show you exactly what is outstanding.

Step by step in the dashboard

Rewards are handled entirely from your UZO dashboard. There is no separate form to email and no manual back-and-forth to begin.

  1. Log in to your dashboard and open the funded account you are requesting from.

  2. Go to the Rewards section.

  3. Confirm your eligible amount. The dashboard shows how much is available to request right now.

  4. Choose your method: bank transfer or crypto.

  5. Enter or confirm your details, either your bank account or your crypto wallet, in your own name.

  6. Review everything, then submit the request.

  7. If your identity is not yet verified, you will be prompted to complete verification before your reward is released.

Once submitted, your request moves into review automatically. The account is paused while the review is in progress, and there is nothing further you need to do to move it along.

Choosing bank or crypto

UZO pays rewards by bank transfer or crypto. Both are perfectly valid, and the right one is simply whichever is more convenient for you.

Method

What you provide

Good to know

Bank transfer

Your bank account details

A fee of $19.90 plus 2.49% applies. This is the lowest-cost option. Make sure the name on the account matches your verified identity.

Crypto

Your wallet address

A fee of $19.90 plus 30%, calculated on the amount you request, applies. Where you funded your original order in crypto, it is $19.90 plus 2.49% instead. Confirm the address and network carefully, as transfers cannot be reversed.

The higher crypto rate reflects banking limitations in the UAE, which restrict crypto liquidity, and the cost of proper AML compliance. Where your original order was paid in crypto, those funds are already in the system, so the lower rate applies and the reward does not carry the higher cost. We publish both rates openly so you always know the exact cost of the method you choose.

The name must match. Rewards are sent only to an account held in your own name, matching your verified identity. We do not send to third parties, to company accounts in a different name, or to another person's wallet. Where the receiving name does not match, the reward is simply held until it is corrected, so please make sure your dashboard details and your receiving account are in the same name before you request.

A worked example. Say you request a $1,000 reward, your 90% share. Here is what each method costs.

Method

Fee on a $1,000 reward

You receive

Bank transfer

$19.90 + $24.90 (2.49%) = $44.80

$955.20

Crypto

$19.90 + $300.00 (30%) = $319.90

$680.10

The dashboard shows the exact fee for your chosen method before you confirm, so you always see the net amount before you submit. Where you funded your original order in crypto, the crypto rate matches the bank rate at $19.90 plus 2.49%.

What happens after you submit

After you submit, your request is reviewed and then paid. The timeline is fast and predictable.

  • Approval: 95% of rewards are approved within 2 to 3 hours.

  • Payment: funds are paid in about 12 hours after approval.

You keep 90%

UZO splits every reward 90% to you and 10% to UZO, the same on every product and fixed at every account size. It is one of the strongest shares available anywhere. On One Step and Two Step accounts, your evaluation fee is returned to you in full with your third reward.

You can track the status of your request in the dashboard from submission through to payment, so you always know where it stands.

If something looks wrong

If a request is held longer than you expected, or the dashboard says you are not yet eligible, it is almost always one of the following. Work through these before reaching out.

  • Confirm you are on a funded account and have met your product's eligibility conditions. The dashboard shows anything still outstanding.

  • Make sure all of your positions are closed. An open trade will hold a request.

  • Check that your identity verification is complete. A reward cannot be released until your identity is verified in your own name.

  • Re-check your reward details for a mismatched name or an incorrect wallet address or network.

  • Confirm your available amount meets the minimum of $45.

If everything checks out and your reward still looks stuck, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it for you.
