The short answer
UZO sends rewards by bank transfer or crypto. Once you request a reward, 95% are approved in 2 to 3 hours and paid in about 12 hours. Each method carries its own processing fee, so the amount that reaches you depends on the method you choose. Your method and reward details are set in your dashboard.
Once you have earned a reward, getting paid should feel fast and predictable. This article explains the two methods you may choose from, how the timing works at each stage, and what genuinely differs between bank and crypto, so you can pick what suits you.
The two methods at a glance
You may receive your reward in one of two ways, and both are available on every product and at every account size. You keep 90% of your profit, the same on every product and at every account size, one of the most generous shares available, and neither method changes that share. What differs between the two methods is the processing fee, which we set out below. The amount you may withdraw in a single request is also capped, and the limit that applies to you is shown on your dashboard.
Method | Best for | What you provide |
Bank transfer | Traders who want funds in a local bank account | Your bank account details, set in your dashboard |
Crypto | Traders who prefer a digital wallet | Your wallet address, set in your dashboard |
Approval timing
When you request a reward, it first goes to our team for approval. 95% of rewards are approved within 2 to 3 hours. Approval confirms the reward and clears it to be sent, so the clock on the rest of the process starts from this point.
Approval works the same whether you chose bank or crypto. Your method affects the processing fee and the final leg to your destination, not the review itself.
Clearing timing
After approval, your funds are paid in about 12 hours. Clearing is the period between us sending the reward and it landing where you can use it. Most rewards are approved in 2 to 3 hours and paid in about 12 hours, and that is the timeline to plan around.
One more thing, on the challenge products
On the One Step and Two Step challenges, your evaluation fee is refunded in full with your third reward. The instant products (Instant, Instant Pro and Instant 24h) carry no evaluation fee to refund.
Bank versus crypto: what differs
The approval and payment timings above apply to both methods. What differs between them is the processing fee we apply, and the final leg to your destination. Our reward fees are set out below.
Method | Reward fee |
Bank transfer | $19.90 + 2.49% |
Crypto | $19.90 + 30% |
Crypto, where the original order was paid in crypto | $19.90 + 2.49% |
The higher crypto fee reflects banking limitations in the UAE, which restrict crypto liquidity. Where you funded your original order in crypto, those funds are already in the system, so the lower rate of $19.90 + 2.49% applies instead. The fee is taken from the amount you request, so the sum that lands with you is your requested amount less the fee.
Bank transfer can be affected by your bank's processing times, weekends and public holidays. Funds may take a little longer to appear depending on your bank and country.
Crypto generally lands quickly once sent, subject to the usual network confirmation times for the asset and network you use.
Choose the method that matches how you want to hold and use your funds, keeping the fees above in mind, since they affect the amount that reaches you.
A worked example on the fees
Say you request a reward of $1,000. Here is what each method costs, so you can see the net amount before you submit.
Method | Fee | You receive |
Bank transfer | $19.90 + $24.90 (2.49%) = $44.80 | $955.20 |
Crypto | $19.90 + $300.00 (30%) = $319.90 | $680.10 |
Your dashboard shows the exact fee for your chosen method before you confirm, so you always see the net amount before you submit.
The name must match
Rewards are sent only to an account held in your own name, the same name on your verified UZO identity. The bank account or crypto wallet you enter must belong to you and match that identity.
We do not send rewards to third parties, to a company account in a different name, or to another person's wallet. Should the receiving name not match your verified details, the reward is held until it is corrected, so we would ask that your dashboard details and your receiving account are in the same name before you request.
How to set or change your method
Your reward method and the details that go with it (your bank account information or your wallet address) are set in your dashboard. Confirm these are correct before you request, since accurate details are the simplest way to keep your reward on the fast path.
Should you need to switch from bank to crypto or update your details, you may do so in the same place. If anything looks unclear, reach our team at [email protected].
