What can delay a reward

The usual timeline is fast: most delays come from identity, reward details, or a routine conduct review, and each of them is avoidable.

The short answer

When everything is in order, 95% of rewards are approved in 2 to 3 hours and paid in about 12 hours. The three things that most often add time are a name that does not match across your account, incorrect bank or wallet details, or a routine compliance review of the trading on the account. Each of these is straightforward to avoid, and this article explains how.

If your reward is running slower than you expected, here is exactly what tends to hold one up and how to keep yours moving.

The normal timeline first

For a clean request the process is quick. 95% of rewards are approved within 2 to 3 hours, and the cleared funds reach you within roughly 12 hours after that. Most of that window is the payment rail itself moving the money, not us reviewing your account.

So if you are inside that window, nothing is wrong. A reward only counts as delayed once it sits well past the normal clearing time without a status update on your dashboard.

Identity and name mismatches

UZO completes your identity check before your account is activated, so verification is usually settled long before your first reward. On the two challenge products, One Step and Two Step, you complete KYC as soon as you pass the evaluation and before your funded account goes live. On Instant, Instant Pro and Instant 24h, you complete it right after purchase, before the account is activated. That verification runs through our identity-verification partner.

What can still hold a reward is a name that does not match. You must be the person shown on your own identity documents throughout verification, and a reward is paid only to a bank account or crypto wallet held in your own name. We do not pay a third party, a company account in a different name, or another person's wallet. If the name on your UZO profile, your ID and your reward destination do not line up, the reward simply waits until they do. The fix is to make sure all three match exactly and that your document is current and clearly photographed.

Wrong bank or wallet details

A reward can be approved on our side and still not reach you if the destination details are off. A mistyped account number, the wrong IBAN or SWIFT, or a single wrong character in a crypto wallet address will either bounce the transfer or delay it while it is corrected.

Before you submit, double check every field, and for crypto confirm both the wallet address and the network. We would ask that you treat the wallet address as something to copy and paste, never to type by hand.

Trading-conduct reviews

UZO runs on real live prices with simulated capital, and the rewards are real, so we confirm that the trading on a funded account followed the rules before money goes out. Most accounts clear this without ever noticing it. Occasionally a reward is paused for a closer look, and the account is paused with it until the review completes.

A review generally concerns whether prohibited methods were used, the ones that try to game the simulation rather than trade the market. These include latency or HFT arbitrage and tick exploitation or tick scalping. The specific triggers and how long a review takes are handled case by case, so we do not publish fixed timers. Should your trading have followed the rules, the simplest way to avoid this entirely is to keep doing exactly that.

What is allowed, so you trade with confidence

Expert advisors and bots with distinctive settings, custom indicators, copy trading between accounts you personally own, news trading, and holding overnight or over the weekend are all permitted. There is a soft Best Day Rule for rewards: no single trading day may account for more than 20% of your total profit in the current reward segment, measured since your last reward. On One Step, Two Step, Instant and Instant Pro this never breaches your account, it only delays a withdrawal until your profit is spread more evenly. On Instant 24h the equivalent is the Best Trade Rule, where no single trade may exceed 15% of that profit, and breaking it means the account runs to the end of its 24 hour window and closes with no reward generated. A review is about gaming the simulation, never about trading actively.

How to keep your reward fast

  • Make sure your profile name matches your ID and your reward destination exactly.

  • Keep your identity document current and clearly photographed.

  • Copy and paste bank or wallet details, and confirm the crypto network.

  • Trade within the rules and avoid anything that exploits the simulation.

  • Watch your dashboard for the current status rather than resubmitting.

Who to contact if it stalls

If your reward is well past the normal window and your dashboard does not explain why, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Include your account and the approximate time you requested the reward so we can locate it quickly.

How the 90/10 split works

You keep 90% of your profit on every UZO product: One Step, Two Step, Instant, Instant Pro and Instant 24h, at every account size and in every phase. It is one of the strongest profit shares available, and it does not change with your product or the size of your account. On the two challenge products, One Step and Two Step, your evaluation fee is also returned in full with your third reward. A short wait now and then is simply the cost of making sure that money reaches you correctly.
