Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

Every UZO purchase is confirmed by email, and a formal invoice is one message away.

The short answer

As soon as your payment clears, UZO emails you a purchase confirmation that serves as your receipt. Should you need a formal invoice carrying specific business or tax details, write to [email protected] and we will issue one.

Whether you bought a One Step, Two Step, Instant, Instant Pro or Instant 24h account, your proof of purchase works the same way. Here is where to find it, and how to obtain a formal invoice when you need more than the standard confirmation.

Where your receipt is sent

The moment your payment clears, we send a purchase confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. This email is your receipt. It records what you bought and confirms that the transaction completed.

If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the address you entered at checkout was correct. Should it still not have arrived, contact us and we will resend it straight away.

Finding it in your dashboard

Your account dashboard is the home for your purchase details. Sign in and open your account or billing area to review your order. Your email confirmation remains the surest document to keep, and a formal invoice is always available on request.

Should you be unable to locate your confirmation or sign in, our support team can pull up your order and reissue whatever records you need.

Requesting a formal invoice

Some buyers need a structured invoice for tax, accounting or employer reimbursement, rather than an email receipt alone. We are glad to provide one.

Write to [email protected] with the following, so that we can match your order and prepare the document promptly:

  • The email address you used at checkout

  • The product and account size you purchased

  • Any business name, address or tax identification number that should appear on the invoice

  • The approximate date of purchase

What appears on your invoice

Your purchase is contracted with EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ (UAE, licence 2204298.01), the principal operator behind UZO. That is the billing entity your invoice reflects. UZO LTD. (Saint Lucia) operates the MetaTrader 5 simulation platform, so depending on what you purchased you may also see it referenced.

Should your accounting or tax process require a particular format or field, tell us in your email and we will accommodate it wherever we can.

One more thing worth knowing

On the One Step and Two Step challenge products, your evaluation fee is refunded in full with your third reward. When that happens, ask us for the corresponding record so that your books stay complete.

Records for crypto payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency, you hold two records. The first is your UZO purchase confirmation, sent to your email like any other payment. The second is the on-chain transaction record created automatically by the blockchain.

That on-chain record is public and permanent. You may look it up through your wallet, your exchange history, or a blockchain explorer using the transaction hash. Together with your UZO confirmation, it gives you a full, verifiable trail of the payment. Should you need a formal invoice on top of these, request one exactly as you would for any other order.
