Where do I find my platform login details?

Your server, login number and password live on each account's card in the UZO dashboard.

The short answer

Your platform login details, the server, your login or account number, and your password, are shown on that account's card in your UZO dashboard. Open the dashboard, choose the account you want to trade, and the credentials are listed right there, ready to copy. Nothing is emailed separately and there is nothing to request.

Every account you own carries its own set of credentials. If you hold more than one challenge or funded account, each has a distinct login, so always copy the details from the card for the specific account you intend to trade.

On your account card

Each account card in the dashboard displays everything the platform asks for at login. The card is the single, authoritative source for that account's connection details, and it is available to you the moment the account is ready to trade.

When you open a platform for the first time on a new device, you connect by entering these three values from the card. Copy them exactly as shown, including the server name, because platform logins are case and character sensitive.

What credentials each platform needs

UZO supports MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. The information each one needs is much the same, though the two platforms label their fields a little differently. Match the value on your account card to the field the platform asks for.

Platform

What it asks for

MetaTrader 5

Server, login number and password

TradeLocker

Server (environment), email or login, and password

If a field on the platform does not obviously match a value on your card, the server name is the usual culprit. Select the exact server shown on the card rather than a default, since the wrong server will reject an otherwise correct login.

Using the same login across web, desktop and mobile

One account uses the same credentials everywhere. The server, login number and password from your account card work in the web terminal, the desktop application and the mobile app for that platform. There is no separate login per device.

This means you can be signed in on your laptop and your phone at the same time and see the same account. To move to a fresh device, install the platform, then enter the same three values from your dashboard card.

Resetting or recovering a platform password

If you have lost your platform password, or simply want to change it, there are two routes:

  • From your dashboard, check the account card for a reset or change-password option.

  • If no self-service option is available for your account, contact support and the team will reset it for you.

Either way, once the password changes you will need to re-enter the new value on every device where you are signed in. Your server and login number stay the same when you reset a password.

If a login is rejected

Most rejected logins come from a small set of easily fixable mistakes. Before contacting support, run through these:

  1. You are using the card for the correct account. Each account, and each new phase, has its own login, so confirm you are on your current, active account.

  2. The server selected on the platform exactly matches the server on the card. Choose it from the list rather than accepting a default.

  3. The password was pasted with no extra spaces at the start or end, and the login number has no typos. Copying straight from the card avoids casing and whitespace slips.

  4. You are using the right platform for that account. MetaTrader 5 credentials will not connect in TradeLocker, and TradeLocker credentials will not connect in MetaTrader 5.

If the browser terminal will not connect but everything looks correct, try the desktop or mobile app for that platform, or a private browser window. That quickly tells you whether the issue is local to your browser rather than the credentials themselves.

Still locked out?

If the details on your card still will not connect, email [email protected] with your account login number. The team can verify the credentials and reset them for you.

MetaTrader 5 is not available to traders in the United States. If you are based in the US, trade on TradeLocker and take the credentials from the same account card.
