How and when affiliates get paid

Request your confirmed affiliate earnings from your dashboard, paid by bank transfer or crypto.

The short answer

Once your confirmed earnings clear the withdrawal minimum, you request a withdrawal from your affiliate dashboard, choose bank transfer or crypto, and UZO sends the payment on the programme schedule. Affiliate withdrawals are handled separately from trader rewards, and every step is visible to you in the dashboard.

Your affiliate earnings sit in your dashboard in two states: pending and confirmed. Only confirmed earnings may be withdrawn. Pending earnings are commissions that are still inside their holding period, and they move to confirmed automatically once that period elapses. When your confirmed balance clears the withdrawal minimum, the request option unlocks and you are welcome to withdraw.

Payment methods (bank and crypto)

UZO pays affiliates through the same two rails available to traders:

  • Bank transfer to an account held in your own name.

  • Crypto to a wallet address you provide.

You select your method when you submit the request. We would ask that you check the destination details carefully before you confirm, since a wrong wallet address or bank detail can delay or fail a transfer. As with trader rewards, the destination should be in your own name, matching your verified identity.

Withdrawal fees

Affiliate withdrawals carry the same transfer fees as trader rewards. We publish them in full so there is never a surprise at the point of withdrawal:

Method

Fee

Bank transfer (lowest cost)

$19.90 + 2.49%

Cryptocurrency

$19.90 + 30%

The crypto percentage reflects banking limitations in the UAE, where crypto liquidity is constrained, together with the cost of proper anti-money-laundering compliance. It is charged on the amount you request. Bank transfer is the lower-cost route for affiliate earnings and keeps almost all of your balance with you.

The lower-cost choice

For affiliate earnings, bank transfer at $19.90 + 2.49% keeps the greatest share of your balance in your pocket.

The minimum withdrawal threshold

You may withdraw once your confirmed earnings rise above the programme's minimum withdrawal threshold. Below that figure your balance simply keeps accruing until it clears the line, at which point the request option unlocks. Nothing is lost while you wait, it stays on your balance.

Where to find your figure

The exact minimum that applies to your account is set out in the affiliate programme terms and shown live on your affiliate dashboard, so you always know how close you are to your next withdrawal.

Withdrawal schedule and timing

Affiliate withdrawals run on the schedule set out in the programme terms rather than instantly on request. The frequency and processing time are defined there, so cleared funds reach you in line with that cycle.

Should you be unsure when your next withdrawal window falls, the schedule and the status of any request in progress are both shown on your affiliate dashboard.

How affiliate withdrawals differ from trader rewards

These are two separate systems, and it helps to keep them apart. Trader rewards, meaning a funded trader's profit share, move quickly: 95% are approved within 2 to 3 hours and paid in about 12 hours. Affiliate withdrawals follow the affiliate programme schedule instead.

Taxes and documentation

You are responsible for any taxes due on your affiliate earnings in your own jurisdiction. UZO does not provide tax advice, so should you be unsure how to treat affiliate income, we would suggest speaking with a qualified adviser.

Where any tax forms or identity documentation are required before a withdrawal is released, that requirement is set out in the affiliate programme terms and flagged on your dashboard. Email [email protected] if you would like clarity on what applies to you.

Troubleshooting a delayed affiliate withdrawal

Should a withdrawal take longer than you expect, these checks resolve the great majority of cases:

  1. Confirm the earnings you are withdrawing are confirmed, not pending. Pending commissions are still inside their holding period and cannot be withdrawn yet.

  2. Check that your balance is above the minimum withdrawal threshold shown on your dashboard.

  3. Make sure your bank or wallet details are entered correctly and are in your own name.

  4. Check where you sit in the current withdrawal schedule, since requests are processed on a cycle rather than instantly.

Still need a hand?

If everything checks out and your withdrawal is still delayed, contact [email protected] with your affiliate account details and the withdrawal request date, and the team will trace it for you.
