The short answer
Ask for the breakdown first: write to [email protected] and name the account. It shows how the score resolved across the five measures.
If a score still looks wrong, request a review within 14 days of the credit being issued, with the phase and your reasons, and it is reviewed against the method.
Common questions
I was profitable. Why is my score low?
The DQS regards how a result was reached, not its size. A profitable phase closed mostly by hand, built on adding to losing positions or traded at a frantic tempo scores low.
My phase did not pass. Do I still earn credit?
Yes. Every paid purchase earns credit once. A phase that ends in a breach cannot reach the top of the scale, but it still earns credit, and the better it was traded, the more it earns.
I passed. Why have I not received credit yet?
On a purchase that passes, credit is issued when your first reward on it is approved.
My purchase had two phases. Why only one credit?
Credit is issued once per purchase and reflects every phase you traded on it.
I use an expert advisor. Will that lower my score?
No. Automated trading is scored exactly like manual trading. Only a phase showing the signature of high-frequency automated trading receives the minimum score.
Does my DQS affect whether I pass?
No. Passing depends only on your profit target and the trading rules.
Can I turn my credits into cash?
No. DQS credit is platform credit, spent at checkout.
Requesting a review
If you believe a score is wrong, you may request a review under the Master Terms, Article 10.3.
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your UZO account.
Name the account and the phase, the score and the measure you question.
Explain why, pointing to the trades concerned where you can.
Send it within 14 days of the credit being issued.
We review the phase against the methodology and reply with a reasoned decision. If the review finds an error, it is corrected, together with any credit that depended on it. The reasoned decision is final, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
